If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return to us unused, unworn and unaltered merchandise, with original receipt and tags attached within 10 days of receipt for a credit or refund for the item. Shipping fees are not refundable and are the buyers responsibility. If you have not paid shipping fees on the original order under any promotion or special offer, the actual cost of shipping will be subtracted from your credit amount. Merchandise must be in it's original condition and showing no signs of being used or altered Before returning the merchandise, please call or e-mail us to get a return authorization number to identify your package. We highly recommend that you insure the return package and keep its tracking number as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our company.
